Comprehensive Antenatal Class – 1 day

Description

6 hours of comprehensive antenatal class designed to prepare expecting parents for childbirth and early parenthood. Includes practical exercises, expert guidance, and resources. This is a group class with up to 7 other couples or expectant parents.  By keeping class sizes small, it allows us to explore the questions that you and your partner or friend have, after all there is a good chance that someone else is thinking it too, completed over a day to fit in with your busy life.
